8:03 pm	ugh. just got back from spinning at a wedding at a farm somewhere. it was pretty cool. i mean, I was just fading beween CDs, random songs, you know, whatever, but i spent the afternoon outside by a lake playing loud music. now if THAT's not fun i don't know what is. and it was cool, cause i don't go to many weddings. i'm really just starting to realize how much they mean, and it made me really happy. i'm still exhausted from hanging out with laurel last night. that girl wears me out. at least i don't have to DJ that frat party though. that would have been 8 hours of DJing today. w00f. i need to get actual spinning gigs, not just dances and weddings and stuff. i NEED to make a mix CD. also, if anyone is interested in working up a tag UK hard house set (tidy trax type stuff), let me know. 10:49 am	updating from internship... i'm just sitting here waiting for anything resembling a lunch break so i go to wendy's and get a cheddar lovers bacon cheeseburger. good GOD those things are good. they should be a controlled substance. (Comment on this)
1:00 am	sweepy. i'm exhausted.. it's been a long day. went to the hard rock cafe for lunch, worked like a dog (sat around the office) all day. the mosaic creative people did finally look at my portfolio though, and they said i had talent. a pretty high complelent, these guys are pros. went to my friend tim's graduation. i've known tim ever since i was like 5, his parents went to my parent's college. i don't really hang out with him outside of when our parents get together, but i have a lot of respect for his determination. i think he'll do well. my graduation's coming up soon. it amazes me that i'll soon be free of all Lakehill Preparatory School control. 9:18 pm	logo 13 yeah... so i'm working on a logo for laurel. i have SO many ideas, they're just not translating to the screen. fuckin A. right. so, those of you who don't know me might not know that i'm a ::cough:: bigbuffythevampireslayerfan ::cough:: whoo, scuse me. but anyway, i was SHOCKED, SHOCKED i say. buffy died, dammit. that's not cool. i think the series is over. a heated discussion ensued over the dinner table as to whether this was the last episode or not and how it could POSSIBLY continue. god i'm a big dork. moving right along... yeah, all of you watch TRL tomorrow, cause my friend Chris who's interning in New York right now is going to try and hold up a sign that says something about Quakers. if he makes it, it's going to be badass. my boss isn't going to be there tomorrow so i'll be able to watch it at work !*!*!*!!1! yeeha. =) Current Mood: amused Current Music: Aphex Twin - Acrid Avid Jam Shred (1 Comment |Comment on this)
